Brian D. Walters
Attorney Walters has been practicing law for over 20 years. He has represented hundreds of clients in many different venues including family court, civil court, bankruptcy court, criminal court, magistrate court, state court and federal court. Through the years he has honed his skills in court and is excellent at identifying the key issues in each case and developing a strategy to vigorously work to get what his clients want. At the same time, Attorney Walters is sensitive to the costs of the case and works with each client to develop a budget that they can live with. In the end, he has learned that the client and the attorney are a team and planning and teamwork are essential to a successful case outcome. On example of successful teamwork was when Attorney Walters was part of a team of attorneys that obtained a jury verdict of $3 million in federal court for an employment law case.
